Usage Notes

Combines the habitual participle (V-ता) with रहना. The participle agrees with the subject's gender: पढ़ता रहा (he kept reading), पढ़ती रही (she kept reading).

Can also be used as a command: पढ़ते रहो (keep reading), काम करते रहो (keep working).
